I heard that stacked with Xceed is a killer preworkout stack. and the Xceed is taken pre and post workout for a sufficient amount of creatine entering your body. the NO-Xplode and Cellmass was okay, but the NO-Xplode wore off after a week and in two scoops is alread your max reccomended amount of caffeine in a day. (crayZkid)</title><description>  I have heard terrible things about SuperPump, that it tears up your stomach and all kinds of other stuff.&amp;nbsp; I wouldn't personally stack CellMass with NO X because there is so much caffine in NO X that by the time you take the CellMass, you will be far to dehydrated to support the creatine in it.&amp;nbsp; I would recommend Nitrix or NO Limits as far as an NO supp, and plain old micronized creatine mono for a creatine supp.&amp;nbsp; CEE has been proven to be a waste, as it much be converted by your body to mono to be of any use, and more than half is lost in the conversion. </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=252462</link><pubDate>Thu, 03 May 2007 15:07:41 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> Need new Supps...
