(ophelia53)

personally, i don't believe it. i've tried tons of stuff (as i'm sure all of us have) and unless there's something he knows that the rest of the companies don't...what's the point? something to PROVE that this is the exception to going and buying them from a store would be nice. some sort of stat chart that isn't made up, a survey of the first 1,000 people or something. and what else does he have to back this up? has he worked for a supp company? does he have extensive and superior knowledge about the body and how it operates? not questioning anyone else on the board, just one guy who has a "key"? i don't know. i'd have to see to believe and $27 bucks that i could spend on stuff that i know for a fact works, isn't seeing and believing.

RE: …here’s how to make your OWN supplements! They do support their own products, but also come with good advice. There are several knowledgable members on this board, that aren't reps, that can answer any question you have.

Ask Jeff how someone will be able to tolerate such a "formula" if it contains herbs that are in capsulated form. I realize you would open the capsule if you were to add it in a drink/powder. It would be pretty gross if you think about it.

I couldn't think of anything to ask that wasn't covered already.

RE: …here’s how to make your OWN supplements! (black_duck)

I got a copy of jeff's book and I just made one of his recipes with less than $5.00 (I already had one ingredient). I'll definitively save more money making my own supplements using stuff I can get just around the corner at a very lower prices than the marketed stuff. As always, Jeff knows what he is talking about and this ebook is not the exception. It was worth spending a few bucks. If you have the opportunity, grab a copy!

RE: …here’s how to make your OWN supplements!
