You're going to have some wierd symmetry if you keep that up. Take a look at Twisted Links signature. Squats, Bench and Deadlift. You are not working your back or legs at all. Your small stabalizer muscles are going to be large, and your large muscle groups (Back, legs) are going to be significantly smaller. Guys.... your biceps are a relatively small muscle in comparison to the rest of your body plus it gets work doing most back exercises as it is. So what I do is ...I do biceps on my back day and only do 1 or 2 exercises for my biceps MAX (either 1 exercise of 4 sets reps between 6-12, or 2 exercises 3 sets of about 6-8). This has been a real big personal help to me.
