(Leslie)

7:30 - 4 hardboiled eggs minus yolk, 2 eggbeaters scrambled, oatmeal.

Leave the yolks in there.

9:30 - apple and whole wheat peanut butter crackers (i know there not good)

Whole wheat Peanut butter crackers?? :no no no: ;) Add a scoop of protein pwder here, ditch the crackers. Have a tbsp PB instead. You need protein at EVERY meal.

11:30 turkey sandwich on whole wheat yogurt

Ditch the yogurt. It is unecessary sugar.

3pm - bowl of healthy choice soup.

Although you seem to know it, I will say it. Its empty calories. No good nutritve value, no proten and alot of sodium. For inbetween meals protein shakes work well.

5 or 6pm (just added in this meal) tunasandwich on whole wheat and maybe an apple

You are having far too much bread. Bulking or not. (as I ma not sure if you are bulking or cutting..it appears as if you are bulking) Yo uneed good carb sources. Oats you have, you need to replace the breads with brown rice or sweet ptoato. Breads tunr to sugar which turns to fat. You want to bulk with clean foods so you gain muscle with minimal fat;)

7 or 8 - workout
10pm chicken and veggies... creatine with 80grams of dextrose, protien shake, glutimaine.

Add some flax oil here:)

Just my opion on the little info I have. Remember key things: Protein at EVERY meal, CLEAN carbs, not so much bread and you will be set.

RE: Diet.... (Marc David)

I really cant cook chicken or anything during the day here its way too damn hot...

Get a big bag (Costco or another wholesale place) and BBQ 10 pieces.. you'll be set for the week. Do it when it's not so hot. Evenings.

So i started eating healthy choice beef soup..

Probably a lot of sodium you don't need. Minimal proteins.

I guess if you decide to go that route, you might as well throw in an extra protein shake.

Gotta agree with fossils on this one. You just plain need to eat more clean foods, in larger amounts.. no amount of supplementation will make up for the fact you aren't eating enough.

Take a look in the Nutrition forum.. Bulk Diet.. that is what you want to be eating roughly to gain some size.

I take my protein shakes about the same time that fossils does.

RE: Diet.... (fossils)

hey from the looks of it your not eating enough, I'm not certain about your goals but i used to eat kinda like you till iw as advised otherwise. Protein shakes hmm i usually take mine when i wake up with breakfast 1 hr pre workout and 1 hr postworkout and 1 serving before bed --> casein protein preferrably. Healthy choice soups are aight once or twice a week, but not everyday i used to drink it too but it doesnt really contain any protein. You can visit Fitday to see your absic calorie intake. But supplements dont help beyond a certain point eat more food and high protein food. Hope that helps

Diet....
