(skittles)</title><description>  Hello again, i joined awhile ago in hopes to get into body building - and sadly, stopped once again &lt;br&gt;   Well im back - ive quit smoking, and im ready to get into shape &lt;br&gt;  a little background &lt;br&gt;  im 22 years old, VERY small ectomorph, around 5"10 and 125 pounds(basicly, puney) lol - anyways, i want to gain more weight, and put on muscle. &lt;br&gt;  I've been working out for a week now - i have my own routine, and usually workout 3-4 days a week &lt;br&gt;  I eat rougly 2000 calories a day, but i never(and i mean my entire life, it seems i dont put on the pounds!!!) &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  do i need to start trying out protein or calorie shakes???? is there a secret to start putting on pounds?? &lt;br&gt;  I know - "eat more calories than you burn" but honestly for the last 2 years ive ate the same as i've always have, sat at a desk job and yet to put on ANY mass &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  guru's im asking for your help here - should i try to start packing on extra calories than im already eating with a protein shake, and work out as i have been for the past few weeks? &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Also, an advanced thank you to anyone who will offer me some help &lt;br&gt;  nice to meet you all &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  -kyle </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=247830</link><pubDate>Tue, 17 Apr 2007 15:47:49 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
