For chest do pushups and incline pushups/decline pushups. for back i would do pullups and maybe rows with the bars you said you had. For shoulders, if you can do them, do inverted pushups, where you basically do a handstand while leaning against a wall and go down and then up. For triceps do diamond pushups, and for biceps use the bars you have. legs you could do squat jumps with the bars and maybe updowns. Thats all i got for lifting. Just use real high reps and quick rests and you should be set. The food part is a little more difficult. Just try eating a set number of cals per day would be my recommendation. don't worry about your sources of carbs or protein or anything because that would get a little difficult. Just eat a lot of protein and keep the cals low and you should be good. And o yeah drink water, and plenty of it. O and last but not least, thanks man for fighting over there and i just want you to know that we're praying for you guys back here. keep it real.

RE: Need some help in Iraq (Trueplaya6984)

First I want to say thank you for being over seas. You don't know how much I would like to join and fight for my country. Seeing that I'm 16 I can't. Anyways, I've learned from experience eating is the number one most important thing to do when you weight train, which I understand you're limited on. I've been lifting weights since I was 14. I also take the same things that you do, ( NO-x and cellmass in matter of fact I'm drinking cellmass at the moment). I've found that NO-X is just a huge caffine-like rush that gets you jittery and "motivates" you to work out. I'm switching my CellMass for Cell-Tech. I've seen that Cell-Tech has 10g of creatine and Cellmass has only 3g. Personally, I'm going to drop NO-X once I'm done with the tub and take Cell-Tech, Truemass (protein), and Animal Pak. My maxes have gone up 25 lbs since I've started Cellmass and NO-X. I'm not sure but I think most of my results came from the Cellmass.

RE: Need some help in Iraq (triggamayn09)

 I wish I could help

but I just wanna say Thanks for what your doing out there in Iraq
Need some help in Iraq (82nd_Fister)

This is my first post, so I'm going to try to describe my situation.
I was just deployed in January to Iraq with the 82nd Airborne.
Currently there isn't a whole lot going on, so I've had lots of time to train lately. Unfortunatly the equipment we have here, being that this location is fairly remote, is not really up to par with what I need. We've got Pullup bars, Saw-horse like metal structures for doing elevated pushups on, and two bars which I estimate to be 50lbs and 90lbs.
I've been using all this equipment and taking NO-Xplode and Cellmass with Protein shakes.
I'm trying to develop a program where I can work specific parts of my body on different days of the week using this equipment and bodyweight exercises, so that's one thing I need help with.
My other problem is the food we have here isn't really what you would consider good for a proper diet. We have MRE's, Hot meals (Which are Chilimac, Chicken and Pasta, Beef Stew and Beens&Franks, all of which have about 14grams of Carbs, 2.5 grams of Fat and 10 grams of protein.) and then whatever we get sent in the mail, which is usually candy, peanuts and beef jerky.
I would just supplement with protein shakes, but it's a little expensive to get the powder sent out here.
I need to be on a diet to lose weight, though. I'm through bulking and I need to cut.
We're going to be here for 15 months, so.. I'm pretty much willing to try anything.

I'm almost out of NO-Xplode so I'm going to order some N.O. Limits and Xceed. I've heard they both got good reviews.

Any thoughts, comments would be appreciated.
