About 2 years ago I fell down and injured my right elbow, since then everytime I make a curl movement I feel (and sometimes even hear) a crack.&amp;nbsp; It happens in almost every arm workout, but it doen't hurt much. But when Im working on my triceps, it gets really, really bad. I feel strong pain that makes me stop working out, my elbow gets swollen, and it keeps hurting for a while. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  What do you think would be the solution.I'm taking 1350 mg glucosamine a day, but i don't feel any difference. Should I look for expert help, or there is a good suplement that can help me. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I heard about Labrada Elasti-joint.
