(ss396)</title><description>  i was told not to take a suppliment&amp;nbsp; like protein until ive been iin the gym for a month , so that i build some muscle first .. and if i were to take the protein now while i start ill be putting like fat over my muscle and it wont look tight... it would be like flabby pecs?? is that tru? &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;also , i read thread about all these crazy ass suppliments and evreyone seems to take so many different things , i wanna take protein and eventually do a cycle or creatine , will that show me significant gains with the proper diet and routines...? &lt;br&gt;  im still new to it , and not sure if&amp;nbsp; im doing the excersises right , thats the most frustrating part , even when i see videos and diargrams i feel lik e ill be doing something wrong..SO FRUSTRATING. i wanna gain 30 -40lbs..... and atleast 15 by summer , wish my like and gimme any advice u can , thanks &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=245739</link><pubDate>Tue, 10 Apr 2007 20:08:34 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
