(bagelsdt)</title><description>  on my left shoulder where your trap ends and meets the rest of your arm, there is a little muscle crevis ( trying my best to describe where it is ) &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  anyways a week ago i tweeked the back of my shoulder, and then the next day i went to lift it started hurting badly in the area i described.. not the area i tweeked a few days before..&amp;nbsp; its been about a week and it still hurts.. espcailly when i push down on the area with my other hand &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  any ideas? &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  i just got threw getting over a broken collarbone in my right shoulder so i really dont need anything too serious &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=243263</link><pubDate>Sun, 01 Apr 2007 08:53:39 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
