(redtailshark2000)</title><description>  I have 2 more workouts this week then I am headed home from college.&amp;nbsp; At this time I will take 5 days off.&amp;nbsp; I will then train for&amp;nbsp;a week and then start the Muscle Tech stack.&amp;nbsp; I will be on a 4 month bulk trying to reach 200lbs with under 20%bf.&amp;nbsp; Measurements will be taken when I get home at the end of this week and compared to when I started this journal.&amp;nbsp; I don't think there will be much improvement because school has gotten in the way and I wasn't able to eat as much and as clean as I'd like.&amp;nbsp; Strength has increased and I am happy with that.&amp;nbsp; I think I gained 5 lbs, but I'm on creatine too.&amp;nbsp; I'll keep you updated. &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=251526</link><pubDate>Mon, 30 Apr 2007 12:30:35 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> RE: Redtailshark's Quest for MASS!
