(rjsmuscle)

all your really need is a good protein and creatine product

No Xplode isn't bad if you don't mind the caffeine
RE: Almost out of supplements!! (odw777)

ORIGINAL: vinnydj

Ok, so I'm back with an update on the xpand (non caffeine), I find that it pumps me up to the point where I look like I'm going to burst by the end of my workout. It absolutely tastes horrible, (LIKE ALMOST GAGGING) but in terms of giving me the extra strength it is a no go. I really noticed the first time using it that i couldn't lift that extra 10-15 lbs that I could when using the NO xplode.

Regardless I'm going to be training a few weeks without anything because I don't want my body to grow immune.

It is safe to say that when i start back up I will be going back to the NO xplode.

You do know that probobly because it doesn't have caffeine right? You could just take additional caffeine pills, they're like $3 a bottle...

You didn't get anything other then pumps from xpand? It's got a good amount of creatine, it should have helped you some strength wise.
RE: Almost out of supplements!! (vinnydj)

So i went today and ended up coming home with Xpand instead of the NO xplode. The guy at the counter swore by it, it was the same guy that recommended the xplode the previous time. What you guys think about it? I can return it if I don't like it after 2 weeks. I also replenished the purple k's.

RE: Almost out of supplements!! (crayZkid)

Ditto, focus on complex carbs so you don't gain back the fat. I would say the only "supplement" you need is a well developed diet and maybe mono.

RE: Almost out of supplements!! (Capefl)

When ur bulking, load with protein and start taking creatine. also up carbs and calories.

RE: Almost out of supplements!!
