(tocamix90)

So things are going well. I'm under 130 now, fluxin between 128-130. Want to lose 10 more lbs of fat and put on the muscle. Got my heart checked out and I'm fine, he told me to just exercise through the paliptations so, guess I just gotta ignore em. But I've lost quite a bit of fat! Thanks for cheering me on.

[image]local://16986/D880962165C74803B5EBECD5450A700F.jpg[/image]

RE: A lifestyle change for life. Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Still not down to my goal weight, but sitting at 133ish. So about 7 more pounds to lose. I'm getting my heart checked out on Monday because I kept getting really weird palpitations when doing heavy lifting and cardio and I want to make sure i'm 100% ok before I keep up with building muscle. Thanks so much for your support over the months guys, it's really helped.

do keep us posted!!
Linda
RE: A lifestyle change for life. (tocamix90)

Well I haven't updated in awhile! Been rather stressed out lately, so I've been losing at a slower pace, but still losing. Sitting at 139, lost 13lbs and i'm 14lbs away from my goal. Making some chili (with lean sirloin) in a bit to have over the next few days, probally my fav high protein and fiber food is chili. Anyway I've been tracking progress at http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/tocamix90/ and just put up a picture of my bicep hehe. (Jane)

because u are lifting weights and cardio and a good diet...the scale is not always a good indiator of progress. I am in at 140 lbs...(down from 190 something....) my goal is 130...I have friends that are trainers so they help me a lot... they dont believe I am 140 lbs....they think I am already 125-130....I have been lifting weights and working out since I was in high school...but ate like crap...so when I recently lost all that weight...my arms, legs, and back tone up real quick...

I have been working harder now...in my family diabetes, heart, asthma high blood pressure...all that stuff runs in my family...so I know how that goes...a couple of years ago I had a cholesterol problem...I am 29 now...so I know what u mean about the health concerns...

BUT.......... Have fun at the sushi party!!!!! we do need to take care of ourselves and reward ourselves for the hard work...

Good LUCK!!!!!

I can tell...we is gonna look HOT in the summer!!! haha :)
RE: A lifestyle change for life. (tocamix90)

Aw Thanks!! I'm down 10-12lbs now. I hit a plateu and had to change it up a bit. So on my "technically" off days. I was doing cardio for 30-1hr on an empty stomach and it started melting off again. Thank god cuz I'm sick of teh fat! Haha. I'm getting in such great shape though. My heart rate when I started was 86BPM resting and now It's down to 60bpm which is amazing. My heart and health are both very important to me considering heart disease, diabetes and cancer run in the family. I wanna take care of myself so I can stick around awhile! Today is my birthday and I asked for some expensive suppliments and some protein powder that isn't banana (I'm rather broke till I get a job so I've been drinking only banana protein powder and DAMN time for a change hahaha. I didn't hit my birthday goal weight of 135 but that's ok, I'm only 3-5lbs off and it'll just push me harder! Hard trying to bulk up with all this fat loss, but my biceps and triceps looks WORLDS difference, so do my hams and quads. I figure once I lose some more body fat I'll probally start seeing my toning. Tonight we're going to have sushi at a sushi party room and that'll be great!!! So looking forward to that, and doing a great arm/back workout! Thanks for cheering me on, it really helps me guys!
RE: A lifestyle change for life.
