(Lynx100)

This question is best answered by your physiotherapist and doctors.

The risk of tricep tendon re-rupture is quite significantly higher if you do rehab and resistance exercises before you are fully ready.

You should be taking your advice from your orthopedic team.
Ruptured Triceps Tendon!! (quatch)

I recently ruptured my triceps tendon. I had surgery to repair it and according to my doctor it was the worst he has seen. I am 9 weeks post-op and just beginning light resistance rehab.

I'm not working with a physical therapist now, my DX wants me to do some very light resistance work on my own for now(although I question not being in therapy for it).

My question/s is what should I be doing? What exercises/stretches are safe for me to do at this point? I have about 80% range of motion and can do some resistance work lightly with no pain.

Does anyone have any experience or valuable educated advice for me??
