(vinnydj)

Lastnight I just finished stretching, I sit down on the bench to do my shoulder press using free weights. I lifted up and my shoulder cracked, it was a very weird feeling. Today at times it was throbbing, I managed to get through my bicep-back work out today with just a little soreness. Nothing too bad.

Anybody ever experience something like this? I hear eveyone referring to their rotator cup all the time and I hope I didn't do any long term damage.........
