(the little guy)</title><description>  first off I'm glad I found this forum and want to say hey to everyone. &lt;br&gt;  I'm 33, 6,1 and 225lb....I worked out off and on for 10 plus years, I guessed at everything I did and I'm sure alot was wrong, I want to get serious and make it happen..lol...10 plus years and now.....anyways. &lt;br&gt;  I never new the best rest periods between workouts, my gains were good at times to minimal at others, I just want to keep what I have but get back to lifting solid weight............help or anything you can give me would be great....sorry for the novel. &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=239550</link><pubDate>Mon, 19 Mar 2007 17:45:43 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
