Today I decided to hang a few weights off myself. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  First, I did 8 with 20lbs.  Too easy.  Tried a 25lb for another 8.  Too easy.  Finally, hung a 35lb off myself for 6 good reps. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I' m going to try for the 45lb.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Weighted pull-ups should be an interesting addition to my arsenel of good back building exercises. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  So far, they are my new favorite.&lt;img src="http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/upfiles/smiley/s3.gif" alt="" /&gt; </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=238</link><pubDate>Sat, 12 Apr 2003 11:16:35 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
