(rus_kid)

4%? Usually people would say that low body fat is good, but I think anything lower than 6% is already bad, eat up (a lot), drink huge amounts of water, and blast the mass routines, also drink shakes that help you gain weight, although try not to go past 8% of fat, keep yourself there. Lucky you :D
RE: HOW MUCH? (atomickbombick)

 1. Im 252, im doing some cutting right now, doing good.
2. i can bench 235, would be benching 285-295 right now if i was still able to continue my lifting program instead of following my coach's.
3. Im going to max out tomarrow, and im looking at 315-320.
4. Ive been doing grip training and stuff, so now i have a grip capable of exerting 310lbs of force. I just need to buy my HG 300 gripper to get my certificate. And i can rip a phonebook in half.
RE: HOW MUCH?
