I dontknow anything abuot it, accept that people raving about the pump it gives them. Or if anyone could explain real quick here, what is the logic behind NO2? It has nothing to do with hormones, does it?

RE: NO2 (Symbiotic Order)

I've been on NO2 for what must be six months now. The only reason I stay on it is because it gives me a constant pump. I don't really even notice it, but when I cycled off for a few days others noticed immediately, and commented on how much smaller I looked. I did not notice any immediate weight gains or strength increases. Honestly, the money I've put into NO2 could have been spent on prohormones or something else. The gain you make with NO2 isn't anywhere near the gain you get from creatine, but if you have the money, it doesn't hurt to try it out. I did a little bit of research for a project and a little over half of people on NO2 had positive remarks about it. There you go. Remember that NO2 isn't a replacement for creatine, but a complement.

RE: NO2 (VOLAND)

ORIGINAL: mda1125

You could suggest that.

I don't think I gained anything from taking NO2. Other then a good pump, a nice feeling and it made me mentally want to lift heavier.

On what supp did you have desirebale gains, if you ve head such experiences? By gains I mean muscular mass.

RE: NO2 (Marc David)

 You could suggest that.

I don't think I gained anything from taking NO2. I'm not going to comment on if the muscle building and all that is real. But I tried VasoStat by Cytosport and BSN Nitrix and the Original NO2 that is at GNC.

Out of all 3, the best pump came from the original.

However, I've had luck with VasoStat in regards to better recovery. But the pumps were by far, the most noticeable with that particular NO2 product. I know everybody else jumped on that wagon and made knock-offs. And I am well aware of the debates at to the validity of the whole NO2 thing.

But simply put, my opinion is that the Original NO2 product I took was the best for pumps. As far as "working" that is debatable as there's plenty of argument against the entire NO2 theory anyway. And there's lots for it. I'm only speaking about the "pump" feeling that I got and which product I had the most noticeable feelings from.

Well I understand about the pump ... but what about over all results, as in muscle gain. We all know that a pump is mrely a delivery of blood to the muscles that were just trained, and it does feel good, and no matter how good or long it is it goes away eventually, right? Although wait, now that I think about it, is good pump so important because the longer the extra blood stayes in your muscles, the more nurishment thye will get - therefore the better growth ... ? Would I be right to sugest that?

RE: NO2 (Kris)

lol... but have you been pimping Supplements 101? j/k

I think people just don't know the differences between online stores and retail stores. What I've noticed though is that most people who come to DB and mention how they like or shop at GNC usually have less then 10 posts. After they've "matured" on DB and have a few posts under their belt and learn about the differences between online and retail supplement stores, their posts change to a hatred of retail.

I don't see how anyone can shop at retail as much as most people do. I mean, if you put the facts down on paper why would you buy retail? Online you can visit 20 stores in under 5 minutes and compare prices between all of them. You can buy out of state and pay no sales tax. You can read reviews from people who actually have the products (instead of a review from a salesman who's never had the product and wants you to buy it). I mean... the only reason I can think for buying retail is "I like to waste time and spend lots of money." Ok ok... there's other reasons... like "I'm addicted to shopping and enjoy walking around in stores paying top dollar for anything I see." I really only shop retail for groceries and clothes... everything else is easier and cheaper to buy online. I'm biased though as I've never been a big shopper. Walking around a mall once usually gives me a headache. Maybe that's some psychological thing though since my mom always used to take me shopping with her when I was younger (and she LOVED to shop).

RE: NO2 (GoalKeeper7486)

Not only that, but our prices are 1/2 of GNC's and we have more NO2 products to choose from. I tried the original NO2, it was the biggest waste of $80 ever, then I tried BSN Nitrix, I got a little pump, but nothing too great, also a waste of money, I'd say that if you want a hardcore pump, squeeze your muscles on every contraction you make when lifting, lift hardcore, and thats about it, cuz these new NO products suck, the statistics show it, and so does my empty wallet..lol.
