Thanks Dan. I was originally going to purchase Centrum, but didn't due to the criticism some people were giving about it.

I doubt this would compare to some of the more expensive supplements, as the cost of this supplement is cheaper than the most expensive ones, about $20AU for 60 tablets. But yea, I just wanted to know if it is good enough.

It has alot of nonsense in it.

Having food based ingredients in it is nice.

I would have to compare the amounts of ingredients against an Optimal Performance Allowence.

There are some small amounts of many things which are NOT in necessary doses.

What are they thinking?

I don't like it at all. Why they add Damiana is beyond me.

What do you guys think about this multi-vitamin? It's an Australian product, so most of you guys probably haven't heard of it, so I thought I'll put a link to it's amounts of vitamins etc.
