Quick background, you want to know how to put on weight (more muscluar I assume), become quicker, add some weight to your lifting, and advice on general football? &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  1.) Post what your diet is, and basic workout routine &lt;br&gt;  2.) what cardio/ speed and agility training do you do? &lt;br&gt;  3.) how much time until you enter college, and what college are you trying to play at.. D1,2,3 etc &lt;br&gt;  4.)try doing some search on this site for general stuff, like a bulking lifting routine, some cardio info etc.  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Try putting that stuff up and go from there. Its hard to help without knowing what you are currently doing.  &lt;br&gt;  Just know going into it that you are going to have a hard road ahead of you, because from what I have read your a little short for a full back, typicall height is around 6'-6'2 and well into 200lbs while still being fast and agile. Its obvious you have the heart and dedication to do what you need, so take the first steps and im sure you will get the information you need!
