I've been taking them for&amp;nbsp;a year or so. They are geared for the sports minded individual. They have&amp;nbsp;a great vitamin profile along with Anabolase, which optimizes the function of food for max performance and&amp;nbsp;has a high&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;ORAC&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;for muscle recovery and antioxidant support.  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  I paid 20 bucks for 120 tabs.&amp;nbsp;I take&amp;nbsp;4 tabs per day,&amp;nbsp;2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner.
