I felt for the 1st time my chest was&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;really&lt;/b&gt; worked. However, is this considered overtraining? could this types of workout work for me?  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Last night my chest was aching however today its much worse when i molest it. Dan, I'm thinking of purchasing some egg white powder as it is really cheap from an actually egg manufactour company (I saw ones from supplement places but they are more expensive than whey and cost heaps more than the egg company). I currently have a meal after my workout (half hour) but would it better if I take egg white powder immediately after my workout.
