(B.S.FWalkOn27)</title><description>  dieting is hard but just remember that the more you put into it, the more fat comes out.&amp;nbsp; i ran a 5.29sec 40 yard sprint, during the following football season i improved to a 4.92sec 40 yard sprint. i would say get one some type of dieting supplement..but just using the supplment wont make you lose weight..you gota do work with it and i garentee it will work.&amp;nbsp; Do lots of stiff legs and SQUATS!!! (J Champ24)</title><description>  I'm about 5'9 210 lbs and I need to get to 130-160 lbs to play cornerback.It's my favorite position to play and my favorite player of all time plays it(Champ Bailey). I have no trouble on anything besides my weight (affects my speed and agility). I tried going on a diet and using good exercise (I do play football about 4 out of the 7 days of the week though)but it didn't work out to well I wasn't really motovated. &lt;br&gt;  I really want to get to my goal weight so I can play cornerback can you guys please give me some tips on how to keep up with a good diet and some corner drills to achive my goal ??? &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=225308</link><pubDate>Thu, 01 Feb 2007 20:09:11 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
