I looked into NO2 and I was just wondering if it actually works and what I should expect from it. I've been usin creatine mono for about 2 months and thats worked pretty well as far as weight goes (mostly water retention). But for me, what supplements should i take? any suggestions for workouts? (im using the workout provided in the NO2 book i bought at GNC). I'm not really a begginer with weights, i've been lifting for about 4 years. I'm just wondering what works and what doesnt.

Thanks
