I had some bad experiences with ECA. I started out with Ephedrine HCL (I forget the mg dose), caffeine pills (200 mg.?) washed down with an espresso 30 mins. prior to my workouts (weights and cardio). I think that I became psychlogically addicted to these. I increased my dose to twice a day or double at one time near the end of a 6-8 week cycle. I blacked out once and drove my car right off the driveway coming home and I had really bad heart palpitations. I felt like crap, like I was doing something really bad for myself by the end. I will never use it again (this was over 10 years ago!). Another problem that I see with using the ECA stack is that it would be a ****to screw up your metabolism and then fight with this for the rest of your life- totally contrary to what you were trying to achieve in the first place. Anyways . . . just a caution to using this.

RE: Fat burners (njmuscle66)

ORIGINAL: Rufio14

Nice man, Im thinking of getting the DS cutting stack to if i can. Only question is what dows teh lean xtreme do in the stack?

In a nut shell when calories are lowered, cortisol levels within the body increase. Lean Extreme assists in managing this rise in cortisol.
http://www.designersupps.com/static_site/qna_leanxtreme.php

As others have said diet and cardio are the key. Plus a sound supplementation program

RE: Fat burners (njmuscle66)

Thanks for the kind remarks-I dropped 16 lbs in 4 weeks and have another 10-12 to go. Getting ready for a couple late spring/early summer shows. I will be sure to stop over at the AX booth next month to say hi!-Chuck

RE: Fat burners (Rufio14)

Nice man, Im thinking of getting the DS cutting stack to if i can.
