But now.. you have that look of pride and confidence. Like this working out stuff has helped you just generally feel better about yourself.

Is that fair to say?

RE: My experience with no2, nox2, and v12 (ssregitoss)

 back 2

[image]local://upfiles/173/Cz80164.jpg[/image]

RE: My experience with no2, nox2, and v12 (ssregitoss)

 back 1

[image]local://upfiles/173/Ca82261.jpg[/image]

RE: My experience with no2, nox2, and v12 (ssregitoss)

after 9 weeks - only v12 and whey protein. max ot training

front (bad upper chest)

[image]local://upfiles/173/Lj22031.jpg[/image]

RE: My experience with no2, nox2, and v12 (Sickles04)

Thanks MDA, thats basiclly what I thought. Im going out tommorrow to pick up the proteins, and depending on how I feel (and how my wallot feels) in a few weeks, ill pick up some no2.

RE: My experience with no2, nox2, and v12 (Marc David)

Stick with the whey and casein powders. Protein is essential, NO2 is not.

If you are going to take NO2.. it's mainly a 30 mins before you eat in the morning, and then 30 mins before lunch.. so whenever you workout isn't really taken into the equation unlike a pre/post workout meal.

Just take your NO2 type supplement according to the directions, which is mostly based on time not workout schedules.

NO2 type supplements are time released (most are) and so it stays in your bloodstream for most of the day. You don't really burn it off as your body doesn't really utilize any of the nutrients in that sense.

RE: My experience with no2, nox2, and v12 (Sickles04)

Ive got a quick question about no2. My brother is currently using it, and he loves it. He follows the bottle's reccomendations. I play soccer twice a day, for two hours. I lift after the second session (around 4:30PM) 5 days a week. My old program was basiclly the MAX-OT workout program, and I plan on using the MAX-OT program to the letter. Now, if I took no2, would I "burn" the supplimnet during my soccer sessions, and have no result during my workout? Or would this help me in both ways, endurence, leg muscles, and for my workout? If not, should I just stick with the basic whay and casien powders?

Thanks in advance,

RE: My experience with no2, nox2, and v12 (Marc David)

Hey.. you did gain some muscle!
