I happened to gain 30 lbs in 3 month period. Went from 165 to 196. Now i just finished cutting and weigh 184lb. Went from 17-18 bf to 13-14 bf. Im just tired of cutting, i totally hate the cardio, the eating i could deal with though.

So i was thinking of bulking again and this time around i want to make it as clean as possible. I was wondering if its possible to lower your bf percent down and still gain muscle? I know i will gain little fat but i want to know can u gain a lot more muscle than fat so that your bf goes down or atleast it doesnt go up at all. All i want his my muscles to grow in size, im happy with my fat right now.

If it's possible to lower or maintain your body fat while gaining muscle mass, how would u do it. What type of routine (3 day, 4 day, 5 day or 6 day split)?, What kind of reps (low reps 10-6 range with high intesity)?, What about cardio (like a 5-10 minute light cardio)? or no cardio?

What about nutrition? Ratio of carbs:protein:fats, and what types of fats and carbs? What foods to stay away from, like peanut butter, bread...? What important foods to take? What supplements to take (i only take whey right now and im only 15)?

I just want to make sure i do it right this time, i feel like i could've had better gains in a 5-6 month time). Gaining 10lbs - 12lbs of muscle in 5 month seem good or bad?
