Then the last week watch your diet, drink less and less water each day, and 3 days before the contest, dont drink anything, at all.  You'll probably cramp but hey, thats what bodybuilders go thu. I want to compete on the lightweight category (-154.9).  I was at 160 maybe 4 weeks ago before i start a cutting cycle for the summer.
