I got another question too, I just wasn't sure if i should start a new topic. In the morning, i take the NOX, train on an empty stomach, then do cardio, then take cellmass, and about 10 mins after take the protein. is that good?

RE: Trying to get lean (Nm0ney34)

from my understanding, and dont quote me. It helps retain water, and raises blood pressure...hehe

So basically if u keep low on the sodium it will help u look more cut.
RE: Trying to get lean (SiberianX37)

thanks for the answer man, i wasn't sure if i should continue supplementing with NOX and Cellmass if i wasn't eating a lot of cals. Why keep low on the sodium. I never exactly got the effects of sodium on the body.

RE: Trying to get lean (Nm0ney34)

You will lose a little muscle by cutting regardless. Check the calorie counter to see how much u should get. You dont want to lose more than you have to. Other than that it sounds good, def wanna keep it lifting then running. High reps/short resting periods, Keep ur sodium intake low too, good luck!

Trying to get lean (SiberianX37)

Hey everyone. I was just wondering. For the past few months, I have been lifting a lot more, doing cardio a lot less, and i've been eating a lot. I've definitely bulked up, but now i think it's time to cut a little. i'm thinking of dropping to 2000 cals a day, maybe 2500, cardio 5 days a week on an empty stomach, still continue taking NO-X and cellmass because i lift before I run. The personal trainer said that by doing that I should get lean. I don't want to lose my muscle mass, but I do want to go for that six pack. What do you guys thinK? Also, has anyone had experience with animal pak vitamins. are they any good?
