I say keep to the real deal, you don;t have to pay as much...lol

RE: The best cardio out there! And FUN?!? (Juan_Carlos)

Well guys I'd just thought I'd share what I do for cardio and wow is it a great work out and FUN. Dance Dance revolution the Playstation2 game For xbox aswell ($40 for the game). For those of you that dont know what this is, its a game that has a floor mat ($20 w/ cord, or $40 cordless) the floor matt has four section up left down and right, you follow the arrows that scrol up on the screen with the music and step whe the arrow reaches a point. You start off slow, and once you get acustomed to visually following the arrows you'll be danceing like theres no tommorow. You can pick for a whole bunch of diffrent song. I REALLY recomend this for anyone that wants to do cardio and leg excercises that are really enjoyable. the game actually motivates you to keep on going aswell, it actually cheeres you on, claps for you at the end of the song etc etc. The game has a workout mode where you enter your weight and stats, and edit it as you progress so you can track change. Also it tells you what each song represents compared to other excersises it'll tell you this song equals to a percentage of a mile, jumprope etc etc.

Check it out its the best $60 bux i've EVER spent and boy is it fun!

-Jc
