(laxmasta101)

no xplode is a preworkout energizer. it is an NO booster and stimulant most importantly, to help give you a pump and energy in the gym. Creatine helps delay fatigue and give you more energy in the gym by forming extra ATP molecules. Creatine supplements should be taken after workouts because it is absorbed better than. Taken before workouts really does not have too much of an effect, it is more of an ongoing thing.

RE: almost 18, need advice! (modagg)

well its pretty clear the gnc guy is a freaking moron. im sure he suggested using the gnc brand creatine just to get used to creatine. first off no-x only has like 1g of creatine in it so its not very good for creatine supplemention. just get it off the net its so much cheaper.

RE: almost 18, need advice! (Avaric3)

diet and exercise aside, its perfectly safe for you to use no-xplode at your age. also never listen to what the GNC people have to say, their just trying to sell you something more expensive. also dont shop at GNC PERIOD!!! its way overpriced. you can get no-xplode online for as low as $32+shipping!!!!! thats less than 1/2 the price youd pay at GNC.

RE: almost 18, need advice! (vdk_au)

heehe, for a long time since someone has also agreed on what I have said in the supplement forum. Clooch, post your diet+workout routine maybe in the beginner's section and we'll help you from there.

RE: almost 18, need advice! (Coulaid)

Well... it sounds like your struggling to gain weight so i would examine you diet first. I would have to agree with the guy at gnc... i never thought it would happen. For your first creatine it's always wise to begin with a bulk mono or cee just to see how u respond to it. No-Xplode does contain some stimulants which could have effected the guy at gnc too.

I would examine you diet and see how many cals your getting. (post it up)

Stick with the bulk creatines as there very cheap and effective and for your 1st time IMHO you don't need to spend lots of $$$. It will last so if you do come off another creatine you can get right back on mono.
RE: almost 18, need advice! (vdk_au)

I personally don't take supplements that much, although I bought some creatine about 2 months ago, and I don't think it has helped me that much.

This is what they have for No-Xplode
http://www.noexplodereviews.com/information.htm

So this is what I would usually say but I have been put down for it. Get your diet together and training together and once your making relative good gains, then think about buying supplements. Supplements will help you with a small percentage of your gains, but the other two are the most important.

But if you really want to, just buy some simple creatine for the moment. BTW, do a search for No-Explode on this site, as it has been asked for a countless amount of times.

Tip: Don't get advice from GNC :D
almost 18, need advice!
