This is my routine:

M- Chest and Biceps
T- Off
W- Back and Triceps
TH- off
F- Legs and Shoulders
Sat-Off
Sun-Off

On my off days I still do a bit or cardio, but allow time for muscles to repair. During my workouts I traind hard, for each exercise I lift I do 4 sets of 6 reps with heavy weights. I am trying to build muscle the best way I can and was looking for a good supplement to help me with that.

Right now I am taking creatine but am looking to stop taking that.

Any suggestions???
