(cpl)

You absolutely have to work your legs.
It'll help you lose the gut- But the real key to getting rid of unwanted fat is through your diet.
RE: A few pointers? (Nm0ney34)

Creatine wont help you lose your gut. Cardio and losing bodyfat will help you lose it.

Creatine will help you recover from your workouts. You may want to take this anyway since your lifting heavy to get bigger.

you didnt mention any leg routine in your post, hopefully your not leaving them out. If your not doing squats, I would recommend you start. Not only for overall body strength, but squats require alot of core strength and stability, your abs get a nice workout doing them.

Going off of what you gave me, yes you can get bigger and lose your gut at the same time but it will take awhile. At this point you can keep getting bigger until you reached what you want, then you can start to "cut" lose body fat to add all the definition it sounds like you want. Or you can start to cut now then begin to put on muscle mass again... =P

Congratz on all your results already and if you have any more Q's please ask.
RE: A few pointers? (SimonT)

 Hi Guys....
Just wondering if you can give me some advise.
Ive been going to the gym for about 9-10 months now, and ive seen some great improvement so far. i am alot bigger in the arms, chest and shoulder than ever (may not be that big to some though)....
Anyway, ive read alot of stuff and did a fair amount of trial and error along the way.

I mainly work my arms, back, chest, shoulders etc. I try to use the heavy weight principal.... ie. lift more weight and do less reps (5-8 reps).

I do cardio 2-3 times a week too, consisting of a run through the city on my lunch breaks.

I drink a WPC shake every morning, after a run and after a gym session.

I probably dont eat as much as i should thoughout the day, but im working on that.
The problem is, i have a desk job.
This has given me a little belly i cant seem to get rid of......(not noticable under a shirt, but i want to show off the rest of my body without being embarrased by it).

Anyway, Im not sure what really to ask.

I want to get bigger still (and loose my belly).... should i look into something like creatine?

Sorry about the long post, but its kind of an introductory one..........looking forward to some feed back.....

Thanks
Simon
