I usually aim to eat once every 3 hours. I' ve noticed that sometimes I' ll be hungry after about 2 hours and at other times I' m not hungry for 4 or 5 hours. My question is, should I eat when I' m hungry or stick to the every 3 hours plan regardless of hunger level.
