SOMETHING THAT WORKS! (PD81)

we don't have a flat at our gym.. just incline and decline.. and a shoulder press machine too but that one is weird.. i did it once and never did it again

BTW my chest is killin me today.. like i said, i love that machine cuz the movement is good for squeezing the muscles at the top.. anyone who doesn't use it should use it for about 4 weeks and they'll really be impressed
RE: FINALLY!!! Its just a really easy angel I guess. The incline and the flat are the hardest.. I am starting to think the flat is harder then the incline though.
RE: FINALLY!!! SOMETHING THAT WORKS! (IBendBarbells)

well I did chest and tri's today.. No sense in going through all of it the Hammer strength has significantly increased the Skull crushers have increased to 110lbs behind the neck standing..

I am just trying to up that flat bench.. so here is how it went.

Flat bench:

185 x 10 - Inside grip
225 x 8 - Mid Grip
245 x 5 - wide grip <-- I KNOW!! i missed a rep no big deal though I did rep 225 from the chest up 8 times fairly easy.

Anyways I am pretty sure my max rep is right at 300lbs. I can rep 225 10 times if I really want too.. I was just doing 8 because thats my rep range for second set. but 245 I did struggle with. I don't know why I don't just max out... I guess its fear of failure.
RE: FINALLY!!! I love that ****! I noticed alot of people on this forum said they curl 175 etc... They must be talking about EZ bar because I don't see anyone curling what they are damn near benching... even with the EZ bar I don't see that happening unless your barbell rowing like 255 +

Single arm Cable row:

90 x 10
100 x 8
110 x 6

Double Bicep Cable curls:

60 x 10
70 x 8
80 x 6

Then I did abs and hammer curls with the cables.. Pretty average day except for the barbell curl.

looks prity good. im curling the exact same as you, but by the looks of things your getting stronger really quick!!

what supplements are you on? im just wondering because im working now so have lots of money to spen on nice new supps hehe

Umm.. I was juicing for a while but lately I have not been on anything nor am I taking any sups at all... Just not drinking as much on the weekends and when I do I am sure to have something with calories Like an energy type drink.. Not energy but power ade.. Also keep hydrated.. alcohol was really messing me up as far as training goes I noticed.

I think its more do to the change in grips and motion then it is any suppliment or diet. I ALMOST never hit the weight the same way twice. Even with my curls I am alternating my grip on the bar from wide to mid to center.. I got the routine 2 weeks ago almost 3 weeks now and It has been leaning me up not to mention increasing strength.. It could be majorly due to the fact that I have not changed alot of motions in my old routines. What ever it is, its the routine more so then the diet. I am eating alot more fruits and veggies though so that can also be used as an attributing factor.

RE: FINALLY!!!
