(cpl)</title><description>  Think you'll be able to lift after a week or two?  &lt;br&gt;  How about going to get it checked, to make sure you'll stay lifting for life?  &lt;br&gt;  If that's a real injury, it might feel good enough to work out again within a week, but not be fully healed. At that point, you could be aggravating a minor problem into something much more permanent and serious... (saltycoot)</title><description>  Did you hear a pop, is it swelling! Either way i'd probably still go to the doctor if i had the money. For now just try to ice and massage it. I fell on my wrist one time playing basketball everybody swore they heard a popping sound i could barely move it i just stayed off it for week and it heeled. (MassAppeal)</title><description>  ok i ddnt get injured while i was lifting weights k?yesterday night i was walking to the store (7-11) and as i was running&amp;nbsp;to cross&amp;nbsp;the street (jaywalking) and&amp;nbsp;my leg went numb for some reason idk why&amp;nbsp;and i fell hard on the ground in the middle of the street(good thing there werent cars passingby).i was struggling to get up it took me like at least 6 seconds to get myself up off the ground.ok heres the problem,my left wrist is hurting so bad i cant even move it.i thnk i might have landed on it when i fell.everytime i move my hand i can feel it hurtin from the little bone(idk what that little bone is called)&amp;nbsp;near my wrist all the way to my triceps.im thinking i might have pulled a nerve or something.what do you think?how do i cure this?i tried pulling my hand and moving it around even though it hurts because i thnk that the nerve will snap back in place if i do this lol.ahh im soo dissapointed i dont wana stop working out &lt;img src="http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/upfiles/smiley/s6.gif" alt="" /&gt;.so ye i need your&amp;nbsp;help guys </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=207949</link><pubDate>Thu, 07 Dec 2006 13:44:34 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
