Also ive been working out daily doing a pretty intense workout.&amp;nbsp; In addition to the hot-rox i have been conserving my diet to Tunafish, water, whole-grain pasta, and the Animal Pak amino acid complex/vitamin/minerals.&amp;nbsp; Here's my workout for the gym.&amp;nbsp; Day 1 is legs, day 2 is shoulders/arms and day 3 is chest in back.&amp;nbsp; This is not in any particular order. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Warm up: 10 min jumprope (or 1000 touches) &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="arial"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Incline Dumbell (8,8,8)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Ok, i am 19 years old, and last week i was 6'2"&amp;nbsp;253.5lbs w/ aproximatley 24% bf.&amp;nbsp; 11:00pm weight in:253 &lt;br&gt;  Tuesday 28th: 7 AM: Weight: 252.0,  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 11:00 pm Weight:251.5 &lt;br&gt;  Wednesday 29th: 7am: weight: 251 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;11:00pm weight: 250.5 &lt;br&gt;  Thursday 30th: 7am: weight: 249.5 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 10pm:weight:249 &lt;br&gt;  Friday 1st: 7:30am: 248.5 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 11:30pm: 246 (i think it really kicked in here) &lt;br&gt;  Saturday 2nd: 7am: 245 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 11:00pm: 245 &lt;br&gt;  Sunday 3rd: 10am: 244.5 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; right now (7pm): 243.5 &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I take two pills twice a day, one at 7am and one at 1pm.&amp;nbsp; I havent had any twitching or dizzyness or anything like that.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes when i do my final sets of squat, power clean, or push press i will get dizzy, but i dont think its anything to worry about.&amp;nbsp;
