(waterboyv)</title><description>  I have been working out for several years. I play football for a division 1 program. I am a freshman and need to gain weight fast. I am currently taking 3 protein shakes a day of muscle milk, nitrix, no-explode, CE2, and a multi-vitamine. Is it too much? I am somewhat new to supplements outside of just protein. Is taking No-explode and CE2 before my workout too much? My numbers are pretty good for my size (6'0 188 pds. Squat 425, Hangclean 315, and Bench 300).
