When you go to a gym you will usually see plenty of guys who do arms, chest. And girls who do abs and legs.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  But rarely do you see the guys squatting. Usually its only the extremelty muscular ones that do legs.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Ignoring your legs is like ignoring half of your body. I started training them 2 or 3 months ago and have gained 15 pounds. If you leave legs out of training your making a big mistake, i know a lot of beginners ingnore leg workout.
