﻿<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><rss version="2.0"><channel><title>this sucks-numb left leg</title><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/</link><description /><copyright>(c) DiscussBodybuilding.com</copyright><ttl>30</ttl><item><title> this sucks-numb left leg (limegreen79)</title><description>  i have a pinched nerve in my left ankle/ foot, actually it is tarsal tunnel (like carpal tunnel but in your foot). it started the end of last winter from snowboarding, i think the combo of tight boots + high arches, my arch put too much pressure on the tunnel and i aggravated it. hey, i'm not going to quit shredding, lol. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  now i am having what i think are other problems that have spun off of that.&amp;nbsp;beacuse of having an intermittently&amp;nbsp;numb sole of the foot (i have been to the podiatrist, nothing to do for it but surgery, plus sometimes its way better than other times and i don't really want to get surgery) and running on it caused me to put strain on my knee beacuse my foot probabaly wasn't hitting the ground correctly since i have less motility in that foot. then doing sqats on that i think messed up my hip and i have tingling in my butt down the back&amp;nbsp;of my leg sometimes, particularly after i do squats/ deadlifts, or run. i looked into that and i think it may be priformis syndrome.  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  over the summer this was&amp;nbsp;bothering me much less, now that it's cold its back. my foot is pretty numb right now and i just finished doing deadlifts and now my butt + thigh are tingly too. and to top it all off, snowboarding season is starting soon and i spent 450 bucks on a season pass and i&amp;nbsp;am planning on going&amp;nbsp;every weekend! &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=202679</link><pubDate>Tue, 21 Nov 2006 17:12:44 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
