﻿<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><rss version="2.0"><channel><title>Took a week off</title><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/</link><description /><copyright>(c) DiscussBodybuilding.com</copyright><ttl>30</ttl><item><title> RE: Took a week off (richard82)</title><description>  I find a week off every&amp;nbsp;8-10 weeks really does help. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  The first week back is always a bit of a struggle and really hurts the following day, but from then on things take a big step forward and improvements seem to be there &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=202271</link><pubDate>Mon, 20 Nov 2006 15:50:17 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> RE: Took a week off (nextbigthing)</title><description>  nice man. &lt;br&gt;  ya " the week off " is really good 2-3 times a year. &lt;br&gt;  I take 2 weeks off&amp;nbsp;once a year&amp;nbsp;and it's really good 2. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  but try not to keep the same routine for 2 long...since septembre its okay but if I wore u I would change the routine in december.it's better to change routine every 3-4 months. </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=202042</link><pubDate>Mon, 20 Nov 2006 04:56:21 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> Took a week off (atrim)</title><description>  OK so I had been doing MAX-OT since last week in September.&amp;nbsp; I had&amp;nbsp;not really changed my routine around in that time and therefore started thinking I should. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  I had not really hit any kind of brick wall but my weight had started to stay constant at around 190lbs up from 180lbs when I started. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  So instead of fixing up a new routine I thought I'd try the week off thing.&amp;nbsp; I kept my diet about the same at 3300 calories or there abouts and did no exercise at all. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  I've just been back to the gym today and weighed in at 194lbs so apparently I've gained 4lbs in the week.&amp;nbsp; Now I am not celebrating or panicking yet but just thought I'd share this with everyone.&amp;nbsp; I'll see what happens to my weight over the next week or two and how I feel with my lifts and report back. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  If you have not done the week off thing recently then think about it&amp;nbsp;- you know who you are. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=202032</link><pubDate>Mon, 20 Nov 2006 04:16:17 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
