I just got 1lb of it today. </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=200744</link><pubDate>Wed, 15 Nov 2006 16:25:23 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> An Interesting Find (toolman4052)</title><description>  I went to the library today and checked out &lt;u&gt;Supplements for ENDURANCE Athletes&lt;/u&gt;.&amp;nbsp; It's really interesting.&amp;nbsp; It has like 5 to 10 experiments on a ton of different supplements, and a lot of things I thought were effective are proven not to be.&amp;nbsp; For example, supplementation of BCAA's had a negative effect on athletes performances in 4 out of 5 instances, whereas the use of HMB had a &lt;u&gt;huge&lt;/u&gt; effect (in a&amp;nbsp;good way) on prevention of muscle loss).&amp;nbsp; So far, I've only read those chapters, but I'll post any new info I find. &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=200734</link><pubDate>Wed, 15 Nov 2006 16:10:35 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
