But during a time when your schedule is busy, cutting down to 4 or 5 days may be beneficial to your overall lifestyle and to your gains.

The lack of sleep obviously isnt helping, and you really should be getting more than 5 hours sleep!

Can I also ask when was the last time you took a complete break from training? If you havent in the last couple of months, it could be an ideal time to take a week off from the gym

RE: Tired and sleepy duringworkouts, (suplaxem)

whats wrong with 6 days a week? but i agree with builtdarntough. or maybe can you can re arrange your schedule or just wait till things start slowing down with school

RE: Tired and sleepy duringworkouts, (diedeadenuff)

that does sound like a problem. how about trying to slip some naps in there, like 30 min to an hour ones in some free time?
RE: Tired and sleepy duringworkouts, (SiberianX37)

i know but i'm in college and my schedule is absolutely insane at least for the next couple of weeks. Any way ican get around it?

RE: Tired and sleepy duringworkouts, (suplaxem)

you just gotta sleep regularly like 8 hours a night. when you sleep 5 hours then you sleep 10 and your tired its because your body is out of wack

Tired and sleepy duringworkouts, (SiberianX37)

Hey guys. I workout 6 days a week (try to - schedule is very tight) and every time i go to the gym or most times, i will feel really sleepy and exhausted. I sleep about 5 hours a night if lucky, but even on days when i sleep 8 or maybe even ten, i get the same feeling. after trying several caffeine pre-workout supps, i started using met-rx amped. It works, but that feeling is still there. any ideas? Thanks everyone.
