My inner chest is flat while my outter chest sticks out (i have big nipples.) &lt;br&gt;  2. I was eating the wrong foods a while back now Im skinny with a big stomach. &lt;br&gt;  3. I think I arch my back too much while preforming the bench press. &lt;br&gt;  4. I think I use my front delts when doing the bench press and not my chest. &lt;br&gt;  5.
