If you only take a simple test booster you will not be able to block the estrogen receptors..  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  If you dont block estrogen receptors you will feel a lump below your nipple it will be painful,  This lump is the beginning of GYNO "****Tits"  If you think you had problems before wait until you start to feel that lump.  This is another reason why you NEVER take pro hormones or steroids if you dont have the right protection on hand.  I my self just had a problem with Gyno last week i have ran the nolva that i had ONHAND and the problem has gone away.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Milk thistle can be bought in any health store its the nolva that is tricky You can get it within 5 - 8 business days though.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  The problem with alot of teenagers is when they are bulking they only think they are eating enough.  Measure up to 4,000 calories a day this should be almost minimum for bulking.  also eat what you want to weigh in protein not what you weigh.  Once you realize how many calories 4,000 is in a day you will realize your not eating enough. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  This is what i ate today: &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  6:30 - Protein shake  oatmeal + egg whites - 500 calories  &lt;br&gt;  9:30 - White rice 2 cups &amp;lt;-- obviously cooked + Bowl of pasta 700 calories &lt;br&gt;  12:00 - 3 Chicken Burritos with cheese and rice.  those were home made :) - another bowl of pasta - 800 - 900 calories &lt;br&gt;  2:00 - turkey and salami sandich + 1 burrito - 500 - 600 calories  &lt;br&gt;  4:00 - Protein shake - peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich - 750 calories &lt;br&gt;  6:00 - Dinner - usually Chicken or steak with Greens + potatoes or pasta - 800 calories &lt;br&gt;  8:00 - protein shake. - 500 calories &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I may have estimated a tiny bit high on some of that  But im not too far off. It probably just begun to shrink.  But anyways by anymeans take nolva if your having problems right now.  It usually takes a while for your body to shut off its own natural production i believe though...  Even after a cycle sometimes people use small amounts of dbol just to spike their test levels while their body doesnt recognize the spike and keeps producing test.. But they cant spike it to often in a week and they cant spike it forever.    &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  everyone did warn you not to take the superdrol though...  maybe the fact that you realized your under developed for your age and have lower test levels because of it made you think.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I dont think anyone truly knows all the bad side affects of messing with a teenagers hormones...
