I recommend you look up the endocrine system and also study up on skeletal bone growth before you start using illegal black market steroids. You'll be able to gain&amp;nbsp;size and strength. Just make sure you're eating enough and your sticking with free weights. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;To really focus on your&amp;nbsp;strength you have to start off at 3x8 for 6 months then down to&amp;nbsp;3x5 for another 6-9 months and then down to 3x3 for another 6 months and&amp;nbsp;then 1x1. &lt;br&gt;  But don't have to worry about that now.
