Basically the benefits of Glutamine in terms of the bodybuilder are debatable.  There's benefits to burn victims and others of tramatic injuries but tissue breakdown.. from working out?  There's a MASSIVE thread in the supplement forum.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I've taken it.  Not taken it.  Noticed nothing.  It's one of the supplements that I think has a lot of reserach behind it but not much for the bodybuilder. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  It's not worthless. It's converted to sugar (and in some cases made FROM sugar) by the body as needed.
