Lol.. just joking.. If i can just build my body to look fatter than i am now ill be happy.
I dont know my body type. I think im the person who cant get fat by eating.
I dont have excess to weight but i think excercise like push up and other itemless excercise will do
Im willing to work each body part but i think my major concern would be regarding to my chest and arm

Could u guys help me?
RE: Im a skinny guy (gzinkl)

We have no idea about you (and as usual, the profile is bereft of details, including age).

How old are you?
What exercises have you been doing?
Are you paying attention to your diet?
I assume you're a guy?
What specific, concrete goals do you have?
Do you know your body type? Do you have a role model who has a similar body type?
If you don't have access to weights, your progress will someday be stopped (but you can do a lot with bodyweight).
Are you willing to work each and every body part, not just one or two (e.g., the ever popular chest and biceps?)

A lot of questions, but for 90% of us, this bodybuilding stuff isn't simple (despite the reputation of muscle guys being stupid oafs). It requires 100% committment, a dedication to learning about your body, a willingness to experiment, and a hell of a lot of patience. If you're in the blessed 10%, then anything you do in the gym and diet will yield results. But being a "skinny guy" already points to you being part of the majority. If you're in your testosterone prime (15ish-22ish), then yay! You've made it a little easier.

Are you ready? You have questions, this place has answers! You've gotten a lot of good information so far. Are you going to join us on our body building journeys?

Let us know at least some of the answers to my questions, and we might be able to be more specific. (In general, the more specific your questions and goals, the better the advice!)

RE: Im a skinny guy (vdk_au)

pushups can get you only a certain point....

if u want u can try of some these different types of pushups...they probz cud build up some mass, as some of them are pretty difficult...try these out and tell us how u go....when i first started i cudn't even do a single pushup and had to start out with knee pushups but i managed to get to 30 normal pushups within a few months but now i juz do bench press)....so yea, try these out, and when u perfect one of the easier pushups, do a harder one......i.e if u can do 12 reps x 3 sets...
standard miltary pushups
decline pushups (i.e put you're feet ontop of a chair)
incline pushups on a gym ball (place hands on ball) <- this one is really hard,
pushups (one hand on each chair, and another chair for your feet) - This allows you to work your chest better as u can go deeper unlike the miltary pushup) or u can use pushup bars instead
clap pushups or double clap pushups (explosive power)

that's about all i can think off.....
RE: Im a skinny guy (EcoR1)

How do i build my chest area without using dumbbell???
