(Baseball22)

What do you want to know about Durant? Just do a search for him on the internet and you will find all about him. Him not being able to bench 185 was pretty well publicized becasue in reality, it was surprising. Try this link, it has some decent info about prospects. Durant has been muscled a little in his first couple games, but he is 19 yrs old playing against grown men. Just wait till he is experienced.
http://www.nbadraft.net/duffy001.asp
RE: Honestly, what is your 1 rep max for bench press? (trubeginner)

ORIGINAL: Baseball22

Speaking of tall guys not being able to bench, I'm around 6'9" 252lbs and my max is around 265. I never really maxed, but I used the 225 rep estimate for it. When I started lifting a few years back I would say my max was 185ish. Its hard to bench when your elbows hit the floor. Its a wierd motion to get used to because our chests usually arent that big and we bring our arms in closer than normal activites.

Kevin Durant, the college player or the year last year, couldnt bench 185 at the combine. But, he also has a 7'5" wingspan. Just thought I would add some info about tall guys.

OMG, the guy is the no 2 pick in the NBA draft this year. How do you get some info about him?

RE: Honestly, what is your 1 rep max for bench press? (Nm0ney34)

 Max as of now. 265...

I seperated my shoulder in november 06'...it sucked, my bench has gone down a lot, especially considering I have only been able to start bench pressing again about 2 1/2 weeks ago, with little pain in my shoulder.

Im at 6'3" 220 right now, I dont know my Bodyfat right now, but im in pretty good shape. I ordered calipers so I hope to know soon.

My bench has always been lagging behind my other exorcises ever since I started lifting. Im assuming its just my genetics. I get the how much can you bench Q all the time, especially since i work at a night club and I get the flex your bicept lets compare...

Honestly I dont get what all the obsession is with bench numbers and curling.

RE: Honestly, what is your 1 rep max for bench press? (Kelbow)

I can do 230lbs, and that's a true one rep max because it's a struggle, but i guess i'm one of those guys with short arms being 5'8. I weigh just under 160lbs so i figure it's good for my size. Still not satisfied though...

RE: Honestly, what is your 1 rep max for bench press?
