(saternal)</title><description>  Hey guys. Firstly i wouldn't consider myself a begginer since i've been gg to the gym for a while now. However i've been finding it difficult to cut down on fat or rather size. Some ppl tell me i should eat 3 meals a day and nothing in between while others tell me 6 per day small amounts. However, i would like to ask how small are the 6 meals?
